Dr. Von'Jieona L. Smith, affectionately known as Dr. V, is a transformational speaker, mentor, visionary leader, and Human Services Specialist with a passion for helping people experience lasting transformation through Kingdom, Identity, and Purpose.

Founder of Naviah, Dr. V helps individuals discover who they are in Christ, become secure in their identity, and boldly walk in the purpose God has called them to. Whether she's speaking to a congregation, mentoring, or teaching, her mission remains the same—to help people become who God created them to be.

With years of experience in human services, child welfare, behavioral health, and community development, Dr. V brings both professional expertise and real-life perspective to every audience. Her ability to connect biblical truth with practical application allows people to leave not only inspired, but equipped with the clarity and confidence to move forward.

Dr. V is also the founder and president of Airo Generation, a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening communities, developing future leaders, and creating opportunities for children, youth, and families to thrive. She is committed to serving others and building environments where people can grow, belong, and flourish.

Dr. V creates spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and encouraged to take their next step. She believes transformation doesn't happen through information alone, it happens when people encounter truth, embrace their identity, and live with purpose.
